We are announcing that it will be held!
【Event Details】
Date and Time: May 17, 2024 (Fri) 15:00~17:00
Location: Showa Shimokita Building, 1-38-14 Kitazawa, Setagaya-ku

【Access】
① Exit Shimokitazawa Station East Exit and proceed to the right.
② Under the elevated tracks, there is a shopping mall called "Mikan Shimokita".
Please proceed along the promenade with Mikan Shimokita on your right.
③ You will see a bicycle parking lot called "Keio Cycle Park" in front of you. Turn right at the end of this road.
④ Proceed straight and you will see Showa Shinkin Bank (a beige building) on your left. The office is located at the back of the parking lot. Please do not enter the bank branch, but tell them "I'm here for the BAREN try-on event" 💁♀️
【Event Overview】
・All participants will receive a 2,000 yen off coupon!
・At the reception on the 1st floor (at the back of the parking lot), simply say "I'm here for the BAREN try-on event."
Please take the elevator to the 6th floor. The room directly in front of the elevator will be the venue.
・No reservations are required. You are free to come and go within the event hours.◎
(However, it would be helpful if you could inform us in advance via official LINE if you plan to attend, so we can get a rough headcount 🙇🏻♂️)
・Our staff will provide instructions on how to wear them.
Depending on the number of participants, there may be a short wait.
This time, we will prepare a spacious room, so you are welcome to try on items freely while you wait!
We will prepare tea and snacks, so we hope you can relax and chat.💓
(We will also provide simple partitions. If you are concerned about privacy during try-ons, please let us know and we will accommodate you 😊)
