Today, I'm writing to inform you that the details for our next fitting session have been finalized✉️
Thanks to the overwhelmingly positive feedback from so many customers, our fitting sessions became a regular event. However, we are currently considering making the next session our last.
We would love to meet and chat with as many of you as possible one last time 😭
【Event Outline】
Date: Friday, February 21, 2025
14:40~17:30
You can come anytime within these hours.
(Please enter by 5 PM)
Location: Showa Shimokita Building, 1-38-14 Kitazawa, Setagaya-ku

【Access】
① Exit Shimokitazawa Station East Exit and proceed to the right.
② You will find a shopping mall called "Mikan Shimokita" under the elevated tracks.
Walk along the promenade with Mikan Shimokita on your right.
③ You will see a bicycle parking lot called "Keio Cycle Park" straight ahead. Turn right at the end of this street.
④ Proceed straight, and you will see Showa Shinkin Bank (a beige building) on your left. Enter the parking lot, and the office is further back. Please do not enter the bank branch; just tell them "I'm here for the BAREN fitting session"💁♀️
【Event Details】
・All participants will receive a 2,000 yen off coupon!
・At the reception on the 1st floor (at the back of the parking lot), simply say "I'm here for the BAREN fitting session." Please take the elevator to the 6th floor. The room directly in front of the elevator will be the venue.
・No reservation is required. You are free to enter and leave at any time within the designated hours◎
(However, we would appreciate it if you could inform us of your participation in advance via our official LINE account so we can get a rough headcount🙇♂️)
・Our staff will provide instructions on how to wear the items. You may experience a short wait depending on the number of participants.
(We will also provide simple partitions. If you are concerned about privacy during the fitting, please let us know and we will ensure your privacy 😊)
・Purchases cannot be made on-site, but we will assist with online purchases.
