SCARF HAT / Marine-Brown

Just a little outfit.

I can't think of any tops to wear with a jumper skirt other than a turtleneck (BTW, the turtleneck is a super warm one from Uniqlo. It's underwear, right?)

For a simple outfit, add a patterned scarf hat in Marine Black to add a special touch.
