-  Products that are dirty or damaged due to use
- Products that are damaged or dirty, or smell of perfume or tobacco when trying on or inspecting the product
-  Products that have been washed, repaired, or cleaned
-  Items that appear to have been worn multiple times
-  If you lose the box, tags, or other accessories
 *It is okay if the wig net and the protective cloth on the hook-and-loop fastener are damaged.
