Important Notes & Care Instructions

Unique Style: This wig features a natural, random curl pattern. Please note that there may be slight individual variations in the hair flow of each piece.

Brushing: Always brush the wig while it is dry. Brushing while wet may cause the curls to lose their shape.

Washing: Gently wash with lukewarm water (around 38°C).

Heat Styling: Use a low temperature setting of 130°C. Avoid high heat as it will cause the curls to straighten.

Initial Scent: You may notice a slight scent from the manufacturing process upon opening. This will fade after hanging the wig in a well-ventilated area for a short time or after the first wash.

* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will be made via bank transfer after checking the condition of the returned product.
*Transfer fees and shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products that have been delivered more than 7 days ago
- Prices may be reduced without prior notice, but we cannot accept price changes for products purchased before the price reduction.
- Products that are dirty or damaged due to use
- Products that are damaged or dirty, or smell of perfume or tobacco when trying on or inspecting the product
- Products that have been washed, repaired, or cleaned
- Items that appear to have been worn multiple times
- If you lose the box, tags, or other accessories
*It is okay if the wig net and the protective cloth on the hook-and-loop fastener are damaged.

- If you use a washing machine, place it in a laundry net.
- Do not leave it wet for a long time, reshape it and then dry it.

- Combing your hair when it's wet can cause the curls to fall out.
- When shampooing, wash with lukewarm water of about 38°C.
Precautions when using an iron
- We recommend setting the iron temperature to 120°C.
- If used at temperatures above 160℃, the curls will straighten out.
