BAREN 試着サービス ご予約
治療にともなう髪の変化に合わせて、帽子とウィッグをゆっくりお選びいただける、完全予約制の試着サービスです。
はじめてのご来店では、「どんなものが自分に合うのかわからない」という方がほとんどです。スタッフが一緒に、かぶり心地や見え方を確かめながらお選びしますので、お気軽にご相談ください。
ご購入を前提としたご案内はいたしませんので、見るだけ・試すだけでも構いません。
試着サービスでできること
ケア帽子とウィッグを、実際にかぶってお試しいただけます。素材や被り方、ボリュームの見え方、後ろ姿の印象など、写真ではわかりにくい部分をその場でご確認いただけます。お手入れ方法についてのご相談も承ります。
所要時間は【約90分】です。ご都合に合わせてお時間を調整いたしますので、お支払い時の備考欄にご記入ください。
ご家族・ご友人の同伴も可能です。
帽子やウィッグを着用したままお越しいただけます。ご来店時の服装や身支度について、特別なご準備は必要ありません。
ご予約時のデポジットについて
ご予約の際に、デポジットとして3,000円を先にお支払いいただきます。ご予約いただいたお客様に丁寧にご案内するため、お一人(一組)あたりのお時間を確保しております。確実にご来店いただくためのお預かり金として、ご理解をお願いいたします。
デポジットは以下のように取り扱います。
- ご来店・ご購入いただいた場合 — お買い上げ金額から3,000円を差し引いてご精算いたします
- ご来店いただき、ご購入がなかった場合 — 全額をご返金いたします
- ご連絡なくご来店がなかった場合 — 返金いたしかねます
体調の変化や治療のご都合による日程のご変更は、ご予約の24時間前までにご連絡いただければ、デポジットをそのまま次回のご予約にお引き継ぎいたします。当日のご連絡でも、まずはご連絡ください。
ご来店当日の流れ
ご予約完了後、注文確認メールをお送りします。ご来店時に注文確認メールに記載しております注文番号とお名前をスタッフにお伝えください。
当日は、直接店内へお越しください。ご予約のお名前をお伝えいただければご案内いたします。
お支払い方法は【確認中】です。

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us via LINE.
*Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Refunds will be made by bank transfer after checking the condition of the returned product.
*Customer will be responsible for transfer fees and shipping charges when shipping the product.
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Products that have been delivered for more than 7 days
- Prices may be reduced without notice, but we cannot accept price changes for items purchased before the price reduction.
- Products that are dirty or damaged due to use
- Products or accessories that are damaged, soiled, or have a smell of perfume or cigarettes when trying on or checking the product.
- Products that have been washed, repaired, or cleaned
- Items that appear to have been worn multiple times
- If you lose accessories such as the box or tag
*It is okay even if the wig's net and the protective fabric of the hook and loop fastener are damaged.
* Shipping charges will be borne by the customer * Inquiries made on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be responded to on the next business day.

- If you use a washing machine, please wash it in a laundry net.
- Do not leave it wet for a long time, adjust its shape and then dry it.
- Avoid tumble drying
<Wig>
- Brush the wig when it is dry.
- Combing your hair when it's wet may cause the curls to come off.
- When shampooing, wash with lukewarm water around 38℃.
〇Precautions when using iron
- We recommend setting the iron temperature to 120℃.
- Please refrain from using at temperatures above 160℃.
●All products will be delivered for a flat rate of 800 yen nationwide.
●Next day shipping・Orders placed by 12:00 will be shipped the same day. (Closed on Sundays and holidays)
●It is expected to be delivered within 1 to 4 days from shipping.
